Regretfully, we are not taking any new orders at this time!
PRICING
Each cake is custom made and each one incorporates many variables. When pricing a cake various details play a part; number of servings, artwork, complexity of flavors, design elements, and architectural requirements.

Cakes are not priced by number of tiers but rather by number of servings.
​
Even a small cake serving 10 guests can take longer to create than a larger one!
Every cake is made to order.
​
Pricing for cakes serving 50 start at $300, cakes serving 100 start at $575. We carry a minimum of $300 per order.
PLACING AN ORDER
We recommend placing your order 9 to 12 months prior to your event. Please note that your event date with us is guaranteed only once your cake contract has been signed and deposit has been received. Dates are not held open without these.

Last minute orders (placed with less than 2 weeks notice) are considered rush orders and subject to a 10% - 30% (depending on scope of work) rush fee. Custom orders placed with less than 5 days notice are subject to a 30% surcharge of total cost.
CAKE
TASTINGS
Efforts are made to accommodate everyone’s schedule, but most appointments are made Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Due to Covid-19 we now do most of our work online via emails as well as phone calls. Once design details and pricing are identified, if you would like to proceed with the next step we can meet up to give you a complimentary cake sample box with three flavors of your choice.
Unfortunately, weekend appointments are rarely available as we are in production and out delivering wedding cakes!

Cake samples are made to order, thus, cancellations without a 24 notice will be subject to a non-refundable re-booking fee of $30 (not applicable towards final order) to be paid prior to re-scheduling the appointment.

CAKES FOR OTHER OCASSIONS
Whilst my specialty are wedding cakes, cakes for all special occasions are available. All cakes, regardless of size and number of servings carry a minimum charge of $300.
CUPCAKES AND OTHER SWEETS
Although we enjoy eating them, we do not provide them! We specialize in cakes.
GLUTEN-FREE?
VEGAN?
SUGAR-FREE?
Small (not tiered or stacked cakes) gluten-free, eggless and sugar-free cakes are also available. These are made from mixes and not suitable for stacking. Please note the kitchen is not a certified gluten-free kitchen! I do not currently offer vegan options.

It is recommended that if you have dietary constraints, you consider selecting a smaller cake that meets those needs, and then order a larger cake with a more traditional recipe for the rest of your guests.
DELIVERY
Most local deliveries within Orlando are $50.00 Deliveries & set-up fees beyond a 25 mile radius from us are calculated at a rate of $1/minute round trip as per Google Maps + tolls .

All of our specialty and wedding cakes are delivered personally - the delivery of these cakes should be handled by those with experience.
DEPOSITS & CANCELATIONS
Your date is especially reserved for you on my calendar and I commit to a limited number of events per week. Once booked for the day, I refer business to other colleagues. Deposits and any additional payments made are 100% refundable up to 9 months prior to your event, non-refundable thereafter.
All balances are to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.
All orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Changes in size, flavors, and decorations can be made up to four weeks before the event date. A lot of planning and purchasing of supplies and equipment go into preparing for your cake. We are not able to make any changes to the final order after the four week deadline.

If changes are significant, an amendment to contract or new contract will be necessary.
